                      Breasfeeding is one of the most important practices which a "mama,nanay or mommy".After a giving birth to her baby. Breasfeeding have 3 main parts. First "tama" which means giving a breastfeeding to the baby after giving birth."Sapat" which means baby can have so many benefits upon reaching 6 months because of breastfeeding ,and "Eksklusibo which mean it is applicable to all our 'mommy,nang,nanay" in the whole world. We should maintain this practices in our daily life. Because it can give us many benefits.
